I had a great experience with the stunning marina views from my King Room Marina View. The staff was incredibly accommodating, going out of their way to assist us with shuttle services and meal requests. Breakfast was delightful, especially the fresh pastries and wide variety. However, the room had some cleanliness issues that could be improved.

The breakfast buffet had incredible scrambled eggs and fresh pastries that hit the spot every morning! Plus, the location was near the marina, making it easy to stroll around before our cruise. Facilities like the amazing gym and shuttle service were icing on the cake.

The front desk staff had a bit of an attitude, and we had to deal with a room that wasn't ready until after 4 PM. Some amenities felt outdated, like the musty carpet and a shower handle that had rust. It's a place that could definitely use a bit of sprucing up.

Had an amazing time with friends! The free shuttle made it easy to hit up the cruise terminal and nearby attractions. Plus, the gym and access to sailing were awesome. Perfect for a fun getaway. Heads up about parking fees. they add up, so plan accordingly.

Check-in wasn't smooth. When we arrived, it took a while and the front desk was a bit rude, dismissing our reservation issues with a shrug. Just put us in a room without the view we booked, which was disappointing.

after a thrilling cruise, being able to relax on the massive balcony overlooking the marina was absolutely perfect. don’t miss the outdoor swimming pool for another fun experience.

I had a wonderful experience thanks to the friendly staff who made my long day easier by suggesting great places to eat and the beautiful nearby Cabrillo Beach, just a short walk away for a nice stroll and ocean views after a day of exploring. overall, I found the hotel clean and welcoming, ideal for a solo traveler like me who loves city adventures.

We had a pleasant surprise with the poolside view from our room. The staff was helpful. when we asked for a late check-out, they obliged without hesitation.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable.

We spent one night in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a microwave. Free toiletries and a hairdryer. The outdoor pool area was nice with sun loungers. The free shuttle was super convenient for getting to the cruise port. Also, the complimentary cookies at check-in were a sweet touch.

We had an amazing time with the free shuttle service to the cruise terminal. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, especially considering we had 7 kids with us. The location near the water was perfect for our family getaway!

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel should offer more kid-friendly meal options.
